If the student does not provide notice of absence it is considered as No Call/No Show. There are no make-ups or refunds for No Call/No Shows. The payment for the missed lesson cannot be applied to future lessons.
-
Wind Instrumentalists: If the students forgot their instruments at school, it is not a reason to cancel the lesson! They are expected to borrow a studio instrument with sanitized mouthpieces. Clarinet and saxophone students should bring their own spare reeds, or they can borrow or buy reeds from their teacher.
-
We are flexible in our rescheduling policy but if we feel that our goodwill is being abused ,we reserve the right to cancel the student/teacher relationship.
-
In the event a lesson is canceled by the teacher, the lesson will be rescheduled at a time convenient for student and the teacher or will be credited towards the next month of lessons.

Termination of studies with the studio requires 30 days of written notice by text message or email. If no notice is given, tuition for one month remains due.
